While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. File size limits, processing times, and feature availability may change without notice.
Magic Upscale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our AI processing will meet your expectations or that results will be error-free. Processing results may vary based on input quality and content type.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Upscale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Upscale, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
