How long until my upscale completes? Most jobs finish within minutes. For long-running videos, check the Jobs page and contact support with the job id.
How are credits charged? Credits are debited at job completion instantly; if you see unexpected debits, contact support immediately.
How to cancel subscription? Visit your profile → Billing page where you can cancel subscriptions.
